Homemade Peanut Brittle

Given my love of peanuts and peanut butter, I can't eat enough peanuts at this time of year. Example: after making this batch of goods, I had to hide the can. From myself. Not my best moment. But this thing is good. After nearly a week of fighting with the flu, it got me off the couch on Sunday and back in the kitchen. (thank you, in a post on Friday, on Facebook, via email, wish you all the best!) Amazingly, this is the first time I have made my own peanut brittle, and I vowed not to let another holiday season pass. Now that I'm addicted, after knowing it's quick and easy, it's sure to come up in a year.
 
You don't even need a candy thermometer. It made me hesitate.but I moved on. I just looked at the sugar mixture and began to turn golden brown. As soon as you add baking soda, butter and peanuts, you can whip it quickly and sprinkle it in the pan as soon as possible. It will stiffen quickly. I think this texture is where I think it's a great peanut brittle. Also, there was a boat with peanuts, and of course I loved it.
 
In the end, you should do exactly that. It's simple, you don't need any special equipment, you can use it as a gift to share! Don't finish it like I did.
